Shipping and Return Policy

At Chaoji Europe Ltd, we want you to be 100% happy and satisfied with your purchase which is why we do not include any tariffs and taxes in our charges. However, orders outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties and custom fees that will be levied ones your product reaches your country and we will not cover any of these additional charges for custom clearance as they must be paid by you because we have no control over them and cannot predict what they might be.

Importation tariffs and customs duties vary from one country to another so we kindly advise you to contact your local custom authorizes for more information about tax charges and clearance fees. Also, by ordering from us, we consider you as the importer of record which means you must comply with the laws and regulations guiding importation of goods at your receiving country.

However, should any product be out of stock or no longer available, we will notify you immediately through your email which you have provided.

How Do I Return a Product?

For enquires about how to return a product, please read the below information carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights and our commitments to you.

Chaoji Europe Ltd will only accept products returned within 30days of the dispatch date. We can only provide you with a replacement, exchange or refund provided your requests are subject to the following conditions.

  • The product you received is not of acceptable quality

  • The product you received wasn’t for its intended purpose

  • The parcel of the product you received was damaged in transit

  • You must be able to present your proof of payment for the given purchased item

NOTE: If you have any lost or missing products from your order, please do not hesitate to contact our customer care service either through email or live chat as all lost or missing parcel must be reported within 30days of the dispatch date. Thus, Chaoji Europe Ltd will not be held liable for any loss or missing parcel should you fail to report as stated above.

Additional Returns Information

In a situation whereby a complaint is made concerning a product, Chaoji Europe Ltd retains the right to request for the faulty product with its consignment number on the outside of the parcel for close inspection to be delivered to below address. Ones the fault is agreed upon, a full refund will be given for the returned products or another product will be delivered as an exchange for the faulty product.

NOTE: We will not be responsible for the cost of packaging and postage of the returned products. Also, we highly recommend using a recorded delivery service for all the returns as we will not be responsible for any product that didn’t make it to our warehouse.

Also, it is important to understand that upon the request for a refund on a particular product for some reasons mentioned below, Chaoji Europe Ltd will not be able to grant a refund or change of such products based on the following reasons.

  • We will not be able to grant a refund postage for your product if your reason for return is because you have changed your mind or you no longer want the product.

  • We will not refund any cost you incurred while returning the faulty product because the cost of returning unwanted items is your sole responsibility and we will not refund any cost you incurred. Please note that due to currency fluctuations the price of the dollar may increase or decrease in relation to the pound

  • We will not be able to process your refund or grant a change of product until we receive the faulty product back. Also, we strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage receipt when sending your item back to us.

  • We will not be able to grant a refund unless all items returned are fully are totally complete, with their original packaging, and are securely sent.

NOTE:  All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24 - 48hours via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery. Therefore, in a situation where Royal Mail is unable to deliver your order, you will be provided with a card through your letterbox informing you of your delivery and ask you to collect the parcel from a local sorting office. Your order will be held at the local sorting office for 18 days before being returned back to us. We will not send any refunds back until we receive your goods and there will be up to 25% charge restocking and handling charge imposed.
